brandon galang ▲@brandon_galang · Aug 29I don't usually plug or promote AI tools very often as I find general agents like Codex/Claude Code can effectively do everything However, the @AsideAI browser quickly entered into my "must-have" tool for any AI power user disclosure, I am an Aside ambassador. however, i felt this way about their product before they reached out! Aside is the first tool that lives up to the initial vision of a fully connected interface. Anything you can do in a browser, you can do in Aside. There is effectively no workflow it has not been able to handle Here are some tasks I've done in the last two weeks with Aside: 1) check a Slack thread for reactions and comments, check Google calendar to find timeslots with the best availability, and schedule a meeting marking everyone as optional 2) periodically check on that Slack thread to add new folks to the meeting 3) going into my personal email to find a receipt and submitting it in our work portal for wellness stipends 4) searching Slack for context around a recent discussion and creating a Notion doc for an alignment meeting (with proper expand/collapse formatting) the best part for me is that Aside itself is a browser agent and tool that you can give your coding harnesses so it can integrate seamlessly into any setup. i'm probably 30/70 in terms of triggering the agent from my coding harness vs using it in browser give it a shot if you're looking for a new tool. it offers BYOK so bring your own inference if you'd like use the referral link below and the code ASIDEXBRANDONGALANG for a discount: https://aside.com/r/ElTaXKWx0J you can also skip the referral link if that feels off. it's a great tool, give it a try!AsidePaid partnership4.3K views
