evren ๐Ÿšข@evrendag1284 ยท Aug 18THE MOST VALUABLE ROBOTIC DATA IN THE PHYSICAL WORLD MAY BE HIDDEN OUTSIDE OF LABORATORIES. The "Crowdsourcing Entropy" thesis shared by @micoolcho , founder of @BitRobotNetwork , explains quite well, in my opinion, why the project combines crypto and robotics. Today, the problem on the AI โ€‹โ€‹side isn't just collecting more data. That's right, it's finding new data that the model hasn't encountered before. It's possible to generate thousands of episodes of the same task in labs, warehouses, or controlled simulation environments. But once the model has learned that scenario enough, the marginal utility of the 10,001st similar example gradually decreases. The real world is different. It's messy, unpredictable, and has an incredibly long edge case queue. This is where BitRobot's thesis comes in : Instead of centrally searching for new environment task combinations, it aims to enable people around the world to bring this entropy to the network with the right incentives. I think of it as an open RFP system for robotics. The network tries to measure which physical world data or tasks are valuable โ†’ contributors produce them โ†’ the work is validated โ†’ incentives can be distributed via the onchain infrastructure. In other words: We let the entropy come to us. I think that's the really powerful idea. Moreover, smartphones, sensors, RoboCap like data collection devices, and increasingly inexpensive robot hardware are lowering the participation barrier. This approach isn't just valid for training data. In the long term, creating crowdsourced real world evaluations to assess AI models with real robots in real environments could be a continuation of the same model. That's why BitRobot's Earth Rover experiences, RoboArena contributions, and real world robotics competitions make more sense to me. The bottleneck in AI's transition from internet data to the physical world might be as much "how much of the world we can see" as it is with computing. If crypto incentives can truly drive millions of different people, devices, and robots to explore these edge cases in the long queue, then @BitRobotNetwork isn't just a network rewarding robots; It might be building one of the distributed data and evaluation layers of the physical world for embodied AI. This thesis is still early, and BitRobot itself openly acknowledges that it's largely untested. But that's precisely why it's worth following. Because the goal is not small : Instead of searching for entropy, it's about making entropy come to you from all over the world. evren ๐Ÿšข@evrendag1284 ยท Aug 18DO WE NEED TO MANAGE A DIFFERENT IDENTITY FOR EVERY APPLICATION IN WEB3 ? The Beldex Name Service (BNS) in the @BeldexCoin ecosystem addresses this problem with a very simple idea: instead of complex addresses, a human-readable .bdx identity that belongs to you. I think it's incomplete to see BNS as just a domain service. Because the .bdx name you register can be used in different parts of the Beldex ecosystem. BChat โ†’ You can associate your BNS name with your messaging identity. Beldex Wallet โ†’ You can send and receive BDX via BNS instead of long addresses. BelNet โ†’ BNS names can be used to host private web applications. BNS Marketplace โ†’ .bdx names can be bought and sold peer to peer between users. What interests me here is the combination of ease of use and digital identity. If we want Web3 to reach the everyday user, we need to offer something better than the experience where people constantly copy long wallet addresses and manage different identities in different applications. BNS's approach is much more straightforward: A single .bdx name. Different use cases. A Web3 identity controlled by the user. I believe the future of Web3 identity will not be limited to the question of "Which wallet address am I?". It will become much more important that our identity is usable in different applications, easily memorable, and part of a privacy first infrastructure. evren ๐Ÿšข@evrendag1284 ยท Aug 18IS "DIRTY DATA" REALLY BAD DATA IN ROBOT TRAINING ? One of the most striking ideas in @axisrobotics Axis Sim Dataset V1 study reverses this very question. The classic approach in the robotics world is usually to collect clean, expert produced, and as flawless as possible demonstrations. This is because real user data contains hesitations, unnecessary movements, poor routes, and different control habits. AXIS, however, puts forward a different thesis : Instead of individual trajectories being flawless, it may be more important for the data distribution to be sufficiently large and diverse. Think of it like thousands of people pulling the same load with ropes. Everyone is pulling from a slightly different angle. Errors in the left and right directions cancel each other out, while the common goal of forward movement is strengthened. A similar situation can occur with robot data. One user moves a little shaky. Another makes an unnecessary turn. Another hesitates briefly. If these errors aren't systematically aligned, as the data grows, individual deviations weaken each other while the common behavior that leads to task success strengthens. This is precisely the critical condition of AXIS's hypothesis: diversity isn't a secondary feature here, but a mechanism that mitigates the effect of noise. Therefore, AXIS has an approach I really like : Stop grading the trajectory. Grade the distribution. A single trajectory might be bad, but a data pool consisting of millions of different trajectories can be very valuable for the model because it covers different situations, objects, and strategies. But scale doesn't solve everything. Long tail situations that the model hasn't sufficiently addressed before can still lead to failures. This is where DAgger style closed loop refinement comes into play in Axis V2 : Community Data โ†’ Pretraining โ†’ Model Deployment โ†’ Failure Mining โ†’ Corrective Data โ†’ Retraining โ†’ Stronger policy The situations where the model makes mistakes are identified, re labeled with correct actions, and added back to the training pool. Thus, the community not only produces initial data; it also becomes part of a continuous learning cycle that fills in new gaps as the model evolves. This is one of the aspects that most appeals to me about AXIS's Physical AI approach : The small and imperfect contributions of millions of people, with sufficient diversity and the right feedback loop, can transform into collective robot intelligence. evren ๐Ÿšข@evrendag1284 ยท Aug 18โš“ IF YOU SEE ETHRASHIP AS A SINGLE PRODUCT, YOU'RE MISSING THE BIG PICTURE The newly shared ecosystem map actually explains quite well how the pieces on the @EthraShip side are connected: Ethra Invest โ†’ Sea Verity โ†’ SHIP Protocol โ†’ Harbor. The starting point of the story is not blockchain, but real maritime operations. Ethra Invest has been operating three dry bulk carriers since 2021, years before Sea Verity or Harbor emerged. The ships carry real cargo, are chartered, and operate within global trade. Now, two different but complementary structures are being built on this operational history. ๐ŸŒŠ Sea Verity the original product vision Sea Verity doesn't just aim to show the locations of ships on a map. AIS aims to create confidence scored maritime intelligence by combining vessel/port data, receiver coverage, human field observations, geolocated imagery, satellite and terrestrial signals with AI, addressing issues such as : โ†’ Vessel presence โ†’ Vessel identity โ†’ Port activity โ†’ Anchorage and berth confirmation โ†’ AIS gaps and identity inconsistencies The key difference here is : Instead of simply accepting data as true, it verifies its reliability with evidence. Reporters provide real world evidence, AI cross checks different signals, and independent verifier/controller nodes contribute to the verification layer. ๐Ÿ”— SHIP Protocol the layer connecting the network This is where the coordination of mechanisms such as contributors, verifier nodes, reputation, staking, delegation, verification jobs, and incentives comes into play. In short, SHIP Protocol is not just a token narrative standing alongside the ecosystem; it is designed to support Sea Verity's verification and incentive infrastructure. โš“ Harbor the gateway we can join today Harbor is not a replacement for Sea Verity. If Sea Verity's product vision is what it is, then Harbor is the way to join the SHIP ecosystem today. Supported stablecoins can be channeled through Harbor to selected Morpho vault strategies. Users can earn stablecoin yield while also receiving vSHIP incentives that provide four times that yield. That's why the ship in the image heading towards Harbor makes so much sense to me. The structure EthraShip is trying to build can actually be read in a single line: Real maritime operations โ†’ Verifiable maritime intelligence with Sea Verity โ†’ Coordination and incentives with SHIP Protocol โ†’ Web3 participation with Harbor. I think describing EthraShip solely with the "RWA" or "DeFi" label now means missing a large part of the project. The real story is building a verifiable maritime intelligence network on top of the real maritime experience. And Harbor is the port we can embark on that journey today. evren ๐Ÿšข@evrendag1284 ยท Aug 18In health apps, we've become accustomed to the same cycle for years: we collect data, look at the graph, and then decide what to do ourselves. What excites me about @sleepagotchi 's Agentic AI approach is that this cycle is starting to change. Think about it. You slept badly last night. Your HRV dropped, your stress levels rose, and your recovery isn't at the level you expected. A classic app would show you these numbers and consider its task complete. But what I really need isn't another graph telling me I slept badly. I want the answer to the question, What should I do differently today as a result ? I experience this frequently when tracking my own data. I look at my sleep score in the morning, see it's bad, but life goes on at the same pace. My exercise plan is still the same, my diet is the same, and my daily schedule is waiting for me exactly as it was yesterday. Yet my body isn't in the same state as it was yesterday. That's where the Agentic AI idea begins to make sense. In the structure that Sleepagotchi is trying to build, while the Sleep Coach interprets the data, the goal is for expert agents like the Wellness Coach, Meal Planner, and Shopping Agent to also benefit from the same user context. For example, after a bad night : Sleep Coach โ†’ can interpret sleep and recovery signals. Wellness Coach โ†’ can adapt the day's plan according to the current situation. Meal Planner โ†’ can shape nutritional recommendations according to this context. Shopping Agent โ†’ can modify recommendations to suit your needs. Four different agents, but not four different user profiles. One shared understanding. I think that's the difference. Health isn't made up of independent boxes. Sleep affects our stress, stress affects our appetite, recovery affects our exercise, and all of these affect the decisions we make during the day. Therefore, it doesn't make much sense for health AIs to work independently of each other. For me, the ideal system isn't one that only shows me "Sleep Score: 72" in the morning. A system that understands why that 72 occurred, compares it to my past data, and puts it into the right context for the rest of the day. That's exactly the tracking โ†’ understanding โ†’ action transition. And this will be the topic I'll be following most closely on @sleepagotchi's Agentic AI side : Will AI only learn to read our health data, or will it truly help us take the right action at the right time by getting to know us over time ? If the latter is successful, the wellness apps of the future will look very different from today's dashboards. https://hub.sleepagotchi.com/loyalty?referral_code=WHZN7VW4sleepagotchiPaid partnership3.1K views
evren ๐Ÿšข@evrendag1284 ยท Aug 17MARK YOUR CALENDAR FOR THE NEXT STEPS AT BITROBOT @BitRobotNetwork is holding its first BitRobot Lab Town Hall event on Wednesday, August 19th. Looking at the topics to be discussed, I'm particularly interested in the details of the Bolts program. Because in BitRobot, Bolts represent more than just simple application points. The system operates on two levels : Subnet Points โ†’ BitRobot Bolts Our contributions to subnets are measured in Subnet Points, and the point share we have at the end of the period determines our share in the Bolts distribution for that subnet. In the Town Hall : โ€ข The Bolts program will be discussed in depth โ€ข New reward campaigns will be discussed โ€ข The latest developments in the BitRobot ecosystem will be shared โ€ข Details about what's coming in the next period will be given I'm especially curious about the new reward campaigns part. evren ๐Ÿšข@evrendag1284 ยท Aug 17YOU JUST LOOKED FOR A VACATIONโ€ฆ SO WHY DID YOU START SEEING VACATION ADS EVERYWHERE ? This example shared by @BeldexCoin beautifully illustrates a situation we often don't notice while browsing the internet daily. You do a few searches during your lunch break, wondering whether to go to Bali or Switzerland. You look at a few hotels, click on a few links, and then you're done. But the internet might not have closed the matter for you. In the evening, you start seeing flight tickets on social media, hotel ads while watching videos, and vacation deals on other websites. Because seemingly insignificant things individually; search history + clicks + visited sites + interests + cookies when combined, can create a very detailed profile of your online behavior. I think it's not even the advertisement itself that's disturbing. It's the fact that while you're simply browsing the internet, your behavior is being turned into a profile in the background. This is where Beldex Browser's privacy first approach comes into play. Features like tracker blocking, ad blocking, and cookie management aim to give users more control over their browsing experience. Moreover, it's designed as part of Beldex's broader privacy ecosystem. We don't have to accept that our digital behavior is constantly tracked just to use the internet. evren ๐Ÿšข@evrendag1284 ยท Aug 17A SHIP DOESN'T JUST CARRY CARGO, IT CARRIES A PART OF A REAL ECONOMY Behind the dry bulk ships we see on the seas lies a huge economy constantly at work. What makes @EthraShip 's narrative interesting is its goal to connect this real operational world with the digital economy. Dry bulk ships transport iron ore, grain, coal, and other essential raw materials between continents every day. These cargoes reach factories, energy systems, and infrastructure projects; in other words, every trip the ship makes is a real part of the global trade chain. On the Ethra side, the operation is backed by Ethra Invest's maritime expertise. The management of the ships, charter processes, technical operations, and their operation on global trade routes are carried out with professional maritime infrastructure. As the ships continue their commercial activities, economic activity is generated through charter operations. However, it is important to make a distinction here : The SHIP token does not directly represent ownership or income from these ships. In Ethra's current structure, the digital governance and participation layer is legally and economically separated from the actual maritime investment structures. I believe this separation is quite important for understanding the project's RWA approach. Moreover, Ethra's story is no longer just about ships. ๐ŸŒŠ Sea Verity aims to make real maritime events more reliable through AIS, satellite data, human observations, AI, and cryptographic verification. โš“ Ethra Harbor, on the other hand, creates a new financing model supporting Sea Verity's development using the stablecoin and DeFi infrastructure on the Base. Looking at it this way, what emerges is not just an RWA project ; a broader maritime ecosystem built on ships + real operations + verifiable data + DeFi infrastructure + digital governance. If we're talking about real world connectivity on the blockchain, I think this is exactly what we should want to see: First, a functioning economy. Then, the technology to support it. evren ๐Ÿšข@evrendag1284 ยท Aug 17In Physical AI, simply collecting data isn't enough; you also need to prove you have a better model. As I delve deeper into the details of the @axisrobotics ร— @OpenRoboto partnership, I see more clearly that this is no ordinary "data partnership." OpenRoboto is an open robotics model competition running on Bittensor Subnet 80 within the @opentensor ecosystem. The logic is quite clear : ฯ€0.5 base model โ†’ Fine-tune โ†’ On-chain submission โ†’ Benchmark โ†’ The better one becomes the new champion. Miners can start from ฯ€0.5 and improve the model using their own methods. Different training recipes, including LoRA, can be used, but the evaluation requires a complete and combined model checkpoint published on Hugging Face, not an incomplete adapter. Then, in my opinion, the best part begins. No one decides whether a model is "better" based solely on words. The submission chain is linked with the miner ID, exact HF commit, and evaluation fee. Evaluation is performed on MuJoCo using a seed generated with Bittensor block hash + drand randomness to make it difficult to predict. The benchmark side doesn't just consist of standard tasks. It uses 6 LIBERO suites, including perturbation tests involving object/layout and spatial/layout changes. The goal is to force the model to truly generalize, rather than just memorizing public demonstrations to look good in the benchmark. Then the king of the hill begins: If you can't truly surpass the Champion, you can't advance on the frontier. This is where AXIS comes in. As OpenRoboto's core data engine, AXIS brings millions of community generated multi modal trajectories to the Open Data Pool. AXIS's Data to Model Pipeline also supports the infrastructure for evaluating data and models. OpenRoboto also runs its open model competition on Bittensor. This creates a cycle that I really like: People generate data โ†’ AXIS scales the data โ†’ Miners improve the model โ†’ OpenRoboto tests the model โ†’ A more powerful model pushes the frontier forward โ†’ The cycle starts again with new data. The fact that AXIS's browser based community data model has been used before in sim to real robot training makes this connection even more meaningful to me. If we want Physical AI to evolve openly, an open source model alone is not enough. We need open data + open competition + verifiable submission + reproducible benchmark + a cycle that constantly evolves into a better model. That's exactly what excites me about the Axis ร— OpenRoboto partnership. evren ๐Ÿšข@evrendag1284 ยท Aug 17Every night when we sleep, we don't just rest; we also unconsciously generate valuable health data. One of the things that most concerns me about @sleepagotchi 's long term vision is who will control this data in the future. Sleep duration, HRV, resting heart rate, recovery, activity, and personal patterns that develop over time... All of this comes from our bodies. For a long time, when using smartwatches and health apps, I focused only on the scores that appeared. When I woke up in the morning, the first thing I usually checked was how many hours did I sleep ? what's my sleep score ? how's my recovery ? Sometimes I even saw that I had slept 8-9 hours and thought I should be well rested, but my energy levels during the day told me the opposite. Over time, I realized that looking at my own past data and recurring patterns was much more meaningful than just a single score. Then another question started to pop into my head: How valuable is all this health data I've accumulated over the years, and who really controls it? For example, I wear my watch every night, send data to apps, and build a fairly detailed health history over months. But most of the time, after accepting the terms of use, I don't think again about how this data is processed in the background. It's actually a strange situation. My body produces the data, but I can't always track its journey. Data from a single night might not mean much. But when you put together hundreds of nights, a very powerful personal profile emerges, from sleep hours to HRV changes, recovery to daily activity. Two different futures are possible here. In one, our health data continues to generate value in different systems without much control from us. In the other, the user controls their data, has a say in how and when it is used, and is not completely excluded from the system when value is generated from the data they have allowed. That's why I particularly follow the permissioned data value approach that Sleepagotchi aims for. Moreover, the data can first benefit me. A Sleep Coach can make sense of my own sleep patterns over time ; Different AI agents can create more personalized recommendations on recovery, wellness, and nutrition using the same context. Then, when the data is to be used for another purpose, I think the decision should come back to me. I believe the most important question in the future of health data will not be simply : What can AI learn from this data ? It will be more important: Who decides how the data my body produces is used ? Personally, I want the answer to be the user. Because if the data consists of my sleep, my heart rate, and my daily life, then I should have a say in its future. My health data. My choice. My value. https://hub.sleepagotchi.com/loyalty?referral_code=WHZN7VW4 This is not an advertisement or sponsorship. The "Paid Affiliate" label has been added due to platform X's rules. evren ๐Ÿšข@evrendag1284 ยท Aug 16ROBOTS AREN'T JUST WORKING THEIR WORK CAN NOW BE MEASURED, VERIFIED, AND REWARDED. What struck me while examining @BitRobotNetwork was that confining the project solely to the โ€œrobotics + blockchainโ€ narrative misses the big picture. BitRobot positions itself as โ€œThe Worldโ€™s Open Robotics Lab,โ€ and its main goal is to coordinate the robots, real world data, human input, and other resources needed for Embodied AI under an open network. At the heart of the system are Subnets. Each subnet can focus on a different purpose: โ€ข Collecting robotic data from the real world โ€ข Conducting teleoperation studies โ€ข Generating simulations โ€ข Creating or testing AI models โ€ข Bringing together robot and hardware resources โ€ข Creating competitions and various Embodied AI tasks One of the most important concepts here is VRW Verifiable Robotic Work. Really useful work, such as the distance a robot travels, the quality of the data generated, completed simulations, teleoperation time, or the robot's active time, can be transformed into measurable and verifiable contributions. The task system also connects this to a very clear flow: task_start โ†’ task_end โ†’ task_validate In other words, simply saying "I completed the task" is not enough. The output of the work is saved, data integrity is checked, and a VRW score is given after verification is complete. Another interesting component is ENT Embodied Node Token. ENT acts like a digital identity/digital twin of a physical robot on the network. This allows for a connection between the robot in the real world and its ownership and the work it performs on the network. On the reward side, there are two different layers: Subnet Points โ†’ BitRobot Bolts Subnet Points measure contributions within the subnet relative to each other. There is no fixed Bolt value. The basic principle is : Your share of Subnet Points in a period = your share of Bolts distribution in that period. Therefore, the system tries to measure how much you contribute to the network in the same period, rather than just accumulating points. There is also a noteworthy mechanic on the referral side: when a user who came through a referral converts their Subnet Points to Bolts, the referrer earns a bonus of 10% of the amount of Bolts obtained from that conversion. I think this is where BitRobot's real story begins: AI is no longer just models on a screen. As AI moves into the physical world, robots, data, hardware, human operators, and real world verification will become increasingly valuable. BitRobot, on the other hand, is trying to build the infrastructure to answer the question of how these resources can be coordinated on an open network. If embodied AI is to grow, it needs not only better models, but also an open robotics infrastructure where models can learn, be tested, and actually work. evren ๐Ÿšข@evrendag1284 ยท Aug 16NO MORE GUESS : AXIS ร— KAITO IS COMING. The veil has been lifted, and the @KaitoAI connection behind the hints @axisrobotics has been giving for days is now clear. I think the real question isn't "Is it Kaito?", but "What does Axis ร— Kaito bring together?" Because there's a very strong point where the two ecosystems intersect: measurable contribution. On the AXIS side, there are 3M+ robot trajectories generated by 123K+ contributors. Users perform real robot tasks in simulations from their browsers; data is validated, scored, and recorded with on chain provenance. Even Axis Points doesn't measure contribution solely by volume: Volume + Difficulty + Score + Diversity + Referrals. So, at the heart of the system is the question of "who truly produced valuable contributions?" instead of "who did more?". The convergence of Kaito's attention and contribution focused structure with AXIS's Physical AI data economy seems quite natural for this reason. On one side, people creating trajectories for robots to learn from; on the other, people contributing to the visibility, dissemination of knowledge, and community participation in the Physical AI ecosystemโ€ฆ Now, what I'm wondering is how this will transform into a mechanism. Is it a YAP (Yield Control System) ? A leaderboard ? A new Kaito ecosystem focused on AXIS ? Or something bigger than that ? Axis simply says : Something big is coming your wayโ€ฆ Notifications on. evren ๐Ÿšข@evrendag1284 ยท Aug 16THE STRENGTH OF A NETWORK ISNโ€™T ONLY REVEALED WHEN EVERYTHING RUNS SMOOTHLY IT ALSO SHOWS IN HOW CHALLENGING MOMENTS ARE HANDLED. I look at @BeldexCoin reconciliation process following Hardfork 21 from exactly this perspective. The technical transition was completed, affected user balances were reconciled, and the necessary processes with participating exchanges were resolved. Operations then returned to normal step by step: โ€ข KuCoin ๐Ÿ‘‰ deposits and withdrawals resumed on June 30. โ€ข WEEX ๐Ÿ‘‰ resumed on July 1. โ€ข MEXC ๐Ÿ‘‰ resumed on July 1. Masternodes โœ… Consensus โœ… Block production & block times โœ… Masternode rewards โœ… Governance rewards โœ… Storage Server โœ… BelNet โœ… At the same time, the products users directly interact with BChat, BelNet, Beldex Browser, Beldex Wallet, and BNS Marketplace also returned to normal operation. I think the takeaway here goes beyond simply saying, โ€œHardfork 21 was completed.โ€ Trust in blockchain infrastructure doesnโ€™t mean that challenges will never happen. What also matters is how transparently a team handles a major technical transition, how effectively it coordinates with users and ecosystem partners, and how reliably it restores services. Behind Beldexโ€™s privacy first vision isnโ€™t just a suite of privacy applications. There also needs to be a resilient, functioning network infrastructure supporting them. From private communication through BChat to protected connections through BelNet, all of these products ultimately depend on that underlying infrastructure working reliably. The Hardfork 21 recovery process reminded me of one simple point : Privacy first products matter, but so does the resilience of the infrastructure powering them.
