SayoClips@sayoclips · Aug 16I spent some time going through how @CadeMarket’s Meme Madness actually works. At first I thought it was basically just a prediction leaderboard. It’s not. There are several different ways to compete, and I think that’s what makes the tournament interesting. For anyone who hasn’t looked into it yet, here’s how I understand it: Meme Madness runs for 7 days starting August 24. You get 𝟐𝟎,𝟎𝟎𝟎 𝐜𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐭𝐬 𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐲 𝐝𝐚𝐲, and you don’t need to deposit anything to participate. The interesting part is that Cade isn’t only rewarding people for being right. There are different ways to play. ➺ The first is the 𝐆𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐫 𝐐𝐮𝐞𝐬𝐭. This is basically for the people who are going to be active all day. Make the most predictions and you can take the daily $400 reward. Your predictions don’t all have to be correct either. Since some markets resolve very quickly, someone who’s consistently active has a real advantage here. ➺ Then there’s the 𝐒𝐦𝐚𝐬𝐡𝐞𝐫 𝐐𝐮𝐞𝐬𝐭. This one is almost the opposite. Instead of making as many predictions as possible, you’re looking for one prediction with a huge payout multiple. So you’re basically hunting for a market where the crowd is heavily positioned one way… …and you think they’re wrong. Get that one right and you could take the $400 daily reward. Then there’s the part I think is pretty cool: ➺ 𝐔𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐝𝐨𝐠 𝐒𝐮𝐛𝐦𝐢𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬. Every day, the community helps decide which meme coins get a shot at entering the competition. You can submit one http://Pump.fun token. If your submission gets selected as an Underdog, there’s a $400 reward. And if that Underdog generates the most counted volume during Battle Mode and gets promoted? Another $400. So you’re not just predicting the memes already on Cade. You can actually try to bring a meme you believe in into the competition. And then there’s the main event: ➺ 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐆𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐦𝐩𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩. $8K for first. $5K for second. $3K for third. But here’s something I think people should pay attention to: The main leaderboard isn’t based simply on accuracy. It’s based on net credits won. So position sizing matters. Being right 8 times out of 10 doesn’t automatically mean you’ll finish above someone who was right 6 times. How you manage your credits matters too. That’s probably the biggest thing I’d keep in mind going into this. Don’t just ask: “Can I predict correctly?” Ask: “𝐖𝐡𝐢𝐜𝐡 𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐭 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐠𝐚𝐦𝐞 𝐚𝐦 𝐈 𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐲 𝐠𝐨𝐨𝐝 𝐚𝐭?” Maybe you’re the grinder. Maybe you’re better at finding those asymmetric predictions. Maybe you have a ridiculous eye for memes before everyone else catches on. Or maybe you want to try all three. Either way, Meme Madness starts 𝐀𝐮𝐠𝐮𝐬𝐭 𝟐𝟒. $120K prize pool. Free entry. 20K credits every day. I’m definitely going to be watching which memes people start submitting. Because that’s probably going to be just as interesting as the predictions themselves.CadeMarketPaid partnership2.5K views
