I had this idea in mind for a while and wanted to test whether an AI agent could actually execute it. It was genuinely fun experimenting with these tools. The name โ€œTsunagariโ€ means connection in Japanese, which perfectly reflects the goal of the application. I wanted to build a bridge between the walled gardens of our devices. While AirDrop is an amazing feature, it is limited to the Apple ecosystem. Moving a high-resolution video or a large document from an Android phone to an iPad, or from a Mac to a Windows PC, is still frustrating (third party websites exists) Tsunagari solves this problem by creating a universal, browser-based version of AirDrop that works on any device with an internet connection. Tsunagari uses WebRTC technology to establish a direct peer-to-peer connection between devices. This means the data travels directly through your local Wi-Fi network. Your files never touch a cloud server and are never stored anywhere except on the devices you own. The result is a faster, more private, and more elegant way to transfer data. Building this required a significant amount of heavy lifting from the Runable agent, and it burned through a lot of tokens. Implementing WebRTC is notoriously difficult because it involves managing complex network handshakes and breaking large files into smaller data chunks to prevent browser crashes. I built this using Runable 2.0 Pro(@runable_hq) It actually took two iterations for the AI agent to fully execute the logic and get the signaling server to correctly group devices by their local network. Runable is awesome. How to use? When you open the website on two different devices connected to the same Wi-Fi network, a radar-style interface appears. Your devices automatically detect one another and show up as floating avatars on the screen. On a computer, you can simply drag a file from your desktop and drop it onto the avatar of the receiving device. On a phone or tablet, you just tap the avatar to open the file picker or photo library. Once the transfer is complete, the receiving device automatically triggers a native download prompt. I know it is a simple tool that solves a simple problem but it was interesting to build. I hope it works smoothly across all devices. I vibe coded it in just half an hour.
