Here's why: at first, it might seem like an odd fit because afterall, MetaMask is known for its wallet so why then would a wallet provider need something like a dispute layer? well the answer to that becomes clearer once you realise how much AI agents have evolved so far. To a regular crypto user, a wallet is simply for storing assets and signing transactions but in an agentic economy, wallets like @MetaMask can let users delegate specific on-chain permissions to AI agents for performing tasks, via the ERC-7710 standard. so assuming your AI agent hires another agent to complete a task and locks payment in escrow to be released after the job's done. the work gets delivered, but your agent claims the requirements weren't met, while the other insists they were. the wallet holds the funds, and the AI agent can initiate the payment. but neither is responsible for judging whether the conditions of the agreement were ACTUALLY fulfilled scenarios like this is where the role of @courtofinternet fits into the Metamask stack perfectly. because as AI agents become capable of making real economic decisions, moving money securely and automatically through wallets won't just be enough.. ..there also needs to be a trusted way to determine whether that money should actually move too🫰🏽
