Arfa Farheen@arfafarheen_ · Oct 26Running a business is basically playing on HARD MODE. 💀 Especially when you're managing client projects whilst trying to grow your own business. Some days, my to-do list looks like it belongs to an entire agency. Designs to finish. Content to create. Projects to manage. Deadlines to meet. And somehow, everything is marked URGENT. :') But here's the thing. Being good at something doesn't mean you have to do EVERYTHING yourself. Sure, I could spend 6 hours trying to perfect a design. But those same 6 hours could go towards client work, growing my business or something that actually needs my attention. And don't even get me started on development, video editing and marketing. My calendar is already fighting for its life. And yes, I use AI. Quite a lot, actually. But there's a difference between getting something done and getting it done REALLY well. That's where outsourcing has genuinely saved me. With @Fiverr, I can find people who specialise in the exact thing I need. Need a designer who understands branding? Sorted. A developer who can bring an idea to life? Easy. Someone to turn raw footage into a proper video? Yep. Or a marketer who knows their way around campaigns? That too. And I don't have to commit to hiring four full-time employees. Just work with the right people when I need them. Because I'd rather build a business that runs well than become an entire department myself. Anyway, if your to-do list is starting to look like a full-time job for five different people... Might be time to delegate a few things. Find your next freelancer on Fiverr: https://www.fiverr.com/ac/ARFA-10 P.S. What's that ONE task you'd happily hand over to someone else tomorrow? #FiverrPartnerFiverrPaid partnership25.5K views
Arfa Farheen@arfafarheen_ · Sep 16Designers, I fear we’re doing way too much manually in 2026. Like why are we still building every loading, empty, error and success state ourselves?? There’s literally an AI agent that can look at the product you’ve already designed and understand the context behind it. It’s Figma agent. And THAT is where it gets good. It can work with your existing: → Components → Styles → Variables → Patterns → Design libraries Which means you don’t have to explain your entire design system every single time you want AI to help. It already has the context to work with what your team has built. And there’s quite a lot you can do with that: → Explore new screens and flows → Create missing UI states → Make precise edits at scale → Add realistic content and localisation → Turn feedback into actual design changes → Audit and update design systems → Prepare designs for handoff Then you’ve got Community Skills too. One I particularly like is UI State Expander. Give it one existing screen and it can help build all the other states your product needs. Quite handy when you’d rather spend your time making design decisions than doing repetitive work manually. And the best bit? Everything it creates is still real, editable Figma work. You can review it, tell Agent what needs changing, iterate again and then jump into the editor to fine-tune the details yourself. So you’re still very much the designer here. Agent simply helps you get through the repetitive bits faster. And because it all happens on Figma’s multiplayer canvas, your team can review, comment and keep iterating in the same shared file. No moving the work somewhere else. No losing all that useful context. That’s what makes Figma Agent genuinely useful for product teams. You get the speed of AI with the context, precision and collaboration Figma already gives you. Figma Agent is now generally available on any Figma plan. If Figma is already part of your workflow, give Agent a proper go on one of your existing files and see what you can hand over to it. Try Figma Agent here → https://psxid.figma.com/buildwitharfa #FigmaCreator #adFigma agentPaid partnership6.1K views
Arfa Farheen@arfafarheen_ · Aug 24I’m genuinely tired of explaining the same thing to AI over and over again. Like babe… we literally talked about this yesterday 😭 Why am I giving you my entire life story AGAIN? Here’s the project. Here’s what I’m trying to do. Here’s the research. Here’s what the other AI said. Here’s the context you apparently forgot in 0.2 seconds. And when you use multiple AI tools? Even worse. You’re basically working as the unpaid middleman between 5 AIs lol. Copy this from here. Paste it there. Explain the context again. Bring the answer back. Very intelligent technology. Very stupid workflow. So I tried something completely different with @Teamily_AI . Instead of opening yet another chatbot... I literally built a little AI team inside ONE group chat. → one agent researches → one comes up with the strategy → one writes → one reviews And they can actually work together in the same conversation. THIS makes so much more sense to me. Because @Teamily_AI isn't really built like your usual AI chatbot. → https://teamily.ai/i/5T6SN9. A chatbot answers you alone in a thread. Teamily puts multiple agents in one conversation, working together, not just answering one at a time. And you can do quite a lot with it pretty quickly: → Create your own custom AI agents in plain English → Put multiple agents into the same conversation → Give each agent a different role → Keep context connected across your work → Build living memory that gets more useful over time → Turn conversations into research, docs and slides → Create dashboards, web pages and workflows → Use it across web, mobile AND desktop So instead of: research in one tool → copy → writing in another → copy → review somewhere else → copy AGAIN... You can have the whole little AI squad working on the same thing. And you’re still there directing everything. That’s the bit I really like. Because I don’t need AI to magically “do my job for me.” I need it to remove the annoying parts of my job. The constant context switching. The copy-pasting. The “wait where did I put that research?” The explaining everything from zero every. single. time. Teamily basically takes the idea of a group chat and goes: okay but what if half the group were AI agents that actually did something useful 😭 And weirdly... that feels much more natural than opening 12 separate AI tabs all day. Really like what @AidenChaoyangHe and the team are building here. It feels like a much more sensible way to work with AI. If your current AI workflow is also 40% working and 60% moving information between tools... go try Teamily AI and build your own AI team. → https://teamily.ai/i/5T6SN9.TeamilyPaid partnership686 views
Arfa Farheen@arfafarheen_ · Aug 19AI has made some businesses a little too confident. Like... “I have ChatGPT now. Why would I need anyone else?” Oh, fantastic. We’ve reached the “one chatbot away from replacing the entire company” phase. Some startups are getting wildly delusional about this. AI can write. AI can research. AI can analyse. AI can generate code. AI can automate parts of your workflow. But knowing what to build, how to build it, how everything should connect, and whether it's actually working properly? You still need expertise. Because buying: → ChatGPT → Claude → a CRM → Make/Zapier → an email platform → a database → 4 random AI agents you found on X doesn't magically give you an automated business. Sometimes it just gives you 17 subscriptions and a very expensive browser history lol. And this is where I think businesses need to change how they think about AI. It's not AI versus people. It's AI + the right people. That's actually one of my favourite things about @fiverr . You can find professionals across: → AI automation → AI agents & chatbots → API integrations → Web development → Data → Marketing → SEO → pretty much every digital skill your business might need So maybe you're great at the business side but have absolutely no idea how to connect your CRM to an AI workflow. Cool. Find someone who does. Maybe you have a killer AI agent idea but building the actual thing is completely beyond your skill set. Again, find someone who knows what they're doing. You don't need to become an AI developer, automation expert, marketer, designer AND data analyst just because AI exists now. You focus on what you're actually good at. They bring what you're missing. And AI makes the whole thing move faster. Because AI is a multiplier. But if there's no expertise to multiply... well. 0 × 100 is still 0 So yes, use AI. Use the hell out of it. But thinking you can build and grow an entire business alone because Claude can now write code? Come out of the delulu era pleaseee The businesses that win won't be the ones replacing everyone with AI. They'll be the ones who know when to use AI and when to invest in proper expertise. If there's something you've been trying to DIY for far too long, have a look at @fiverr and find the right professional for it. https://go.fiverr.com/visit/?bta=1139298&brand=fiverrmarketplaceFiverrPaid partnership469 views
Arfa Farheen@arfafarheen_ · Aug 1794% of sales leaders are using AI. Yet selling is harder than it was two years ago. Ummm... wasn't AI supposed to do the opposite? 👀 Because sales teams have AI for basically EVERYTHING now. Prospecting. Research. Emails. Follow-ups. Call summaries. Lead scoring. Forecasting. You'd think we'd be living in the golden age of sales lol. Except we're not. I was going through @HubSpot 's 2026 Sales Trends Report and that 94% stat genuinely made me stop. Because it exposes something I think we're getting very wrong about AI: 𝗨𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗔𝗜 ≠ 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗻 𝗔𝗜 𝗮𝗱𝘃𝗮𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗴𝗲. Especially when basically everyone else has it too. And while sales teams were busy getting faster... buyers changed. They're doing more research before they ever speak to a rep. Deals are taking longer. More decision-makers are getting involved. Which means automating the old sales playbook isn't necessarily going to save you. Send 100 AI-personalized emails instead of 20? Cool. If they're irrelevant, you just got ignored 5x faster. Generate a follow-up in 3 seconds? Amazing. If you don't understand why the buyer isn't moving... you're just automating the problem. And THIS is where the report gets interesting. Because the question isn't really: “𝘼𝙧𝙚 𝙮𝙤𝙪 𝙪𝙨𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝘼𝙄?” 𝟵𝟰% already are. The better question is: What are the teams actually hitting their numbers doing differently? That's what made me keep reading. HubSpot surveyed 1,000+ B2B and B2C sales professionals and dug into: → what's actually changing in buyer behavior → why deals are taking longer → how AI is being used across sales teams → and what teams hitting their targets are doing differently And some of the findings are... not what I would've guessed. My biggest takeaway? AI can make your sales process faster. But faster and better are two VERY different things. If you're in sales, marketing, GTM, or you're currently throwing AI at your sales process hoping it'll magically improve the numbers... I'd recommend reading the data before adding another tool to your stack. Arfa Farheen@arfafarheen_ · Aug 13You don't need to be in the US to invest in the US stock market. And you don't need thousands of dollars to start either. For people earning internationally, investing that money has always felt like another entire job. Open a brokerage account. Figure out how to fund it. Move money between platforms. Deal with fees. And somewhere around step 7, you're like... yeah maybe later. That's why @nsavecom 's investing feature caught my attention. They basically put investing inside the same app you can use to manage your international earnings. You can: → Access 5000+ US stocks, ETFs, bonds and gold indices → Start investing from just $1 → Invest with zero order fees → Hold your money in USD → Track your investments directly in the app → Invest without being a US citizen And I especially like the ETF part. Because if picking individual stocks feels like too much homework, ETFs let you get exposure to a collection of investments through one fund. For example, an S&P 500 ETF can give you exposure to hundreds of major US companies instead of choosing one company yourself. Wayyyy less "which stock should I pick today?" energy. And for people in Pakistan earning from international clients, the flow is pretty simple: Earn in USD → keep it in USD → invest from the same balance → convert back to PKR when you need it. No need to start with some massive portfolio either. $1 is enough to start exploring. and obviously, investing isn't free money. Stocks go up. Stocks go down. ETFs do too. You can lose money, so pls do your own research before putting your money anywhere. But making US investing this accessible for people outside the US? Yeahhhh. This I like. So yey, go explore nsave here: https://www.nsave.com/investnsavePaid partnership922 views
Arfa Farheen@arfafarheen_ · Aug 12RIP ChatGPT for writing resumes. This AI is actually trained for the job. We have AI doing research, coding, designing, analysing 100-page documents... Yet people are still opening ChatGPT and typing: “Make my resume sound more professional.” And getting: “Results-driven professional with a proven track record...” 😭 Plz. Here’s the thing. Most people don’t actually have a bad career. They have a bad way of explaining it. They write: “Responsible for managing client accounts.” When they could write: “Managed 15+ client accounts and improved retention by 22%.” Same person. Same experience. Veryyyy different impression. And this is exactly where AI is actually useful. I came across @Kickresume AI Resume Writer and the idea is pretty simple: You give it the job you want. It helps build the resume for it. But the clever bit isn’t just “AI writes some words.” Kickresume’s AI is trained on thousands of successful resumes, job ads, and recruiter feedback. And it’s powered by GPT-4.1, fine-tuned specifically for resume writing. So instead of getting those painfully generic AI lines we’ve all seen... It actually understands how a proper resume should be structured and written for the job you want. The whole workflow is ridiculously simple: → Pick an ATS-friendly template → Let AI generate your content → Edit anything you don’t like → Rewrite or regenerate sections instantly → Tailor it until it actually sounds like YOU It also helps add relevant keywords and keeps everything ATS-friendly. Which matters because before a human is impressed by your pretty resume... there’s a good chance software needs to understand it first. But pls don’t just let AI write your whole career and call it a day 😭 You’re still the editor. Add your actual numbers. Add your achievements. Delete the weird bits. Make it sound like you. I think this is the part people sometimes get wrong about using AI for job applications. AI shouldn’t invent your career. It should help you present the career you already have better. Because you might have 8 years of brilliant experience... But if your resume makes it look like 2? That’s a problem. And if you’re applying abroad? You can even translate the whole resume into 8 major languages without messing up the formatting. So next time you’re staring at a blank resume thinking... “Where tf do I even start?” Maybe don’t start. Let AI start. Then make it yours. Arfa Farheen@arfafarheen_ · Mar 27🚨 BREAKING: The era of manual execution is over. For a long time, we called it “working.” But most of it was just… switching tabs. Reading things twice. Copying. Pasting. Fixing. Rewriting. Then pretending that was progress. We didn’t have workflows. We had interruptions that looked organized. That’s what just changed. There’s a new AI tool that doesn’t “help you work.” It does something more uncomfortable. It takes the work away. You don’t sit there prompting it like a chatbot. You don’t negotiate with it. You point it at a folder. Receipts. PDFs. Spreadsheets. Transcripts. Messy files you’ve been meaning to “deal with later” for three weeks. And instead of asking you what to do next… it already knows. It reads everything together. Not as files. As a system. It connects patterns you weren’t looking for. It builds structure out of chaos. It turns scattered inputs into something you can actually send, present, or act on. This is @abacusai CoWork inside ChatLLM by Abacus AI. And the uncomfortable part is this: It doesn’t feel like using a tool. It feels like realizing you were doing the tool’s job. Because it doesn’t stop at “assistance.” It runs reasoning. It runs execution. It runs across multiple models working together, each handling a different layer of the problem. One understands. One decides. One builds. And what you get back… is done. It runs on Mac, Windows, Linux not that it really cares where you are. Your files stay where they are. Your workflow doesn’t get redesigned. It just quietly stops being your problem. And maybe the strange part is this: We spent years learning how to “use AI.” Type better prompts. Give clearer instructions. Guide it like an intern. This doesn’t need that. It behaves more like someone already in the room who finished the task while you were still explaining it. And once you see that happen once… you don’t really go back to “manual execution” the same way again. Try it if you want: http://chatllm.abacus.aiChatLLMPaid partnership140 views
Arfa Farheen@arfafarheen_ · Mar 25This is insane 🔥 I generated these images using AI And I’m still staring at it, trying to figure out if it’s actually real @LumaLabsAI just dropped Uni-1 Which is… next-level AI that actually thinks before it creates If you’ve used tools like Nano Banana, you know the pattern You write a prompt It gives you something decent But something’s always a bit off Weird composition Details don’t line up Whole thing feels a bit… fake So you fix it You tweak the prompt Add more instructions Try again And again At some point you’re just managing the output instead of creating That’s been the norm Then I tried Luma Uni-1 And the first thing I noticed wasn’t quality It was consistency You give it an idea Even a messy one Multiple elements Structured scenes Stuff that usually breaks It just… holds together Everything sits where it should Nothing feels random The whole image actually makes sense That’s what caught me Usually one thing improves Something else falls apart Here, it stays solid Even when you push it I tested two AI models using the same couple selfie idea. Top image is Nano Banana. Bottom image is Luma Uni-1. The difference is not small. Nano Banana gives you a nice photo but it loses structure. Faces look smooth. Lighting feels too soft. The whole moment looks slightly artificial. Uni-1 does the opposite. It keeps everything stable. Expressions look real. Background details make sense. The image feels like an actual camera shot. This is why Uni-1 feels different. It holds the whole scene together without collapsing small details. Which means you spend less time tweaking prompts And more time actually creating You’re not guessing what to type next You’re just focusing on what you want to make That’s a big shift It feels less like a tool you have to fight with And more like something that actually understands the direction That’s what makes it better than most tools right now This isn’t just image generation It’s reasoning-to-image And honestly… it’s crazy Give it a spin and see for yourself → https://lumalabs.ai/app #LumaPartnerLumaLabsAIPaid partnership342 views
Arfa Farheen@arfafarheen_ · Mar 19Everyone’s “learning AI” right now. But if you look closely… most people are just having conversations with ChatGPT and calling it progress. It feels productive. You type something. It responds instantly. You get a small win. But nothing actually changes in your workflow. That’s where the gap starts. Because AI isn’t one skill you “learn.” It’s a stack you build. And each layer changes how much leverage you get. At the first layer, you’re using chatbots. Writing prompts. Generating content. Summarizing ideas. Useful? Yes. Replaceable? Also yes. The second layer is where things start to shift. You take repetitive tasks and connect them into workflows. Tools like Zapier and http://Make.com let you move from “doing tasks” to “designing systems.” Leads get captured automatically. Emails get sorted and responded to. Data flows between tools without you touching it. Now AI isn’t just helping you think. It’s helping you execute. The third layer is where most people drop off. Because now you’re adding logic. Conditions. Error handling. Fallbacks. Optimization. Your workflows don’t just run… they start making decisions. And this is exactly where things stop being simple. But also where they start becoming valuable. Then comes the layer almost no one reaches. Agents. Not one AI doing one task. But multiple systems working together. Delegating. Passing context. Solving problems step by step. Frameworks like LangChain introduce memory, retrieval, and reasoning. Which means the system improves over time. Now you’re not just using AI. You’re building something that works without you. Here’s the uncomfortable truth. Most people never get past layer one. Not because it’s too hard. But because layer one already feels “good enough.” So they stay there. While others quietly stack capabilities. That’s why two people can both say “I use AI every day” …and get completely different results. One saves a few minutes writing. The other replaces hours of manual work. Same tools. Different depth. If you want this to actually matter for your business or career, stop asking “what’s the best AI tool?” Start asking: which layer am I on… and what’s the next layer I haven’t built yet? Because that next layer is usually where the real leverage is hiding.MakePaid partnership146 views
Arfa Farheen@arfafarheen_ · Mar 17Everyone says they’re “using AI.” What they actually mean is… They have 17 tabs open And three of them already crashed. One tab writes the content. One generates images. One makes video. One builds slides. One tries to build the app. And somewhere in the middle of that process… You forget what you were trying to do. This is the strange phase of AI right now. The tools are incredible. The workflow feels like airport security. Take laptop out. Put laptop back. Open another tool. Log in again. Repeat until mildly annoyed. Then I came across @abacusai And the idea is surprisingly simple. Instead of opening 𝘁𝗲𝗻 𝗱𝗶𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗔𝗜 𝘁𝗼𝗼𝗹𝘀... You just work inside 𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝘀𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺. For example → models. Most platforms give you one model and you hope it behaves today. Here you get multiple frontier models in the same workspace. Models like 𝗚𝗣𝗧-𝟱.𝟰, 𝗚𝗲𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗶 𝟯.𝟭 𝗣𝗿𝗼, 𝗖𝗹𝗮𝘂𝗱𝗲 𝟰.𝟲, 𝗚𝗿𝗼𝗸 𝟰.𝟭, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗗𝗲𝗲𝗽𝗦𝗲𝗲𝗸 𝗩𝟯.𝟮. Same workspace. Different brains. Which already removes half the tool-hopping. Then there’s video generation. Instead of juggling five platforms like a stressed-out film producer… You can generate videos using models like Kling 3.0, Sora 2, Luma, Runway, Wan 2.5, and Veo 3.1. One prompt. Video generated. Images too. Using tools like FLUX, Ideogram, Recraft, and ChatGPT Image Generation. Still inside the same system. Then things start getting interesting. You can: • Turn robotic AI text into natural writing • Generate full apps or websites from prompts • Create research-backed presentations • Run a full AI coding workspace • Build Telegram agents that automate tasks • Generate dashboards, reports, workflows, travel plans All from one place. At some point it stops feeling like “using AI tools.” And starts feeling more like an operating system for getting work done. Which, honestly, is probably where AI was heading all along. If you want to try it: https://abacus.ai/ Plans start around $7. Which is roughly the price of one AI subscription… Except this one tries to replace all of them.abacusaiPaid partnership85 views
Arfa Farheen@arfafarheen_ · Mar 5I’ve been testing something behind the scenes for the past few weeks. Today is finally the day I can talk about it. Luma just dropped something completely different. Something I haven’t seen before. It’s called The Luma Agents. Here’s the truth. Most creatives use 5 to 10 tools for one project. Photoshop, Figma, Midjourney, Docs, Slack, video editors. Switching between them kills productivity. It drains creativity. The Luma Agents fix that. They are autonomous co-pilots that work across your entire workflow. They hold context from concept to final output. They handle the busywork. You don’t have to. Why does that matter? Because right now, creatives spend 60 percent of their time bouncing between apps, and 40 percent actually creating. That’s right. More clicking than making. More toggling than thinking. More “wait, what was I doing?” than “aha!” Photoshop. Figma. Midjourney. Slack. Docs. Chaos. Context gets lost. Ideas slow down. Teams misalign. Deadlines slip. Coffee consumption rises. The Luma Agents remove friction. They let you explore more ideas faster. Without juggling 5, 10, 11 tools at once. Here’s what you get: ✅ One unified workspace replaces your entire tool stack ✅ Creative ideas progress at the speed of thought ✅ Blank-canvas paralysis? Gone ✅ Collaboration without chaos ✅ Projects move faster, more consistently, and more creatively Here’s how it helped me while testing. I uploaded a project. Gave it some direction. And the Agents automatically routed tasks to the right AI models. Structured timelines. Kept the creative flow intact. No more bouncing between Photoshop, Figma, Midjourney, Slack, Docs, and three other apps I forgot existed. Everything lives in one canvas. Everything stays in context. You focus on creativity. The Luma Agents handle orchestration. If you’ve ever been frustrated by tool sprawl, context switching, or bottlenecks… this changes the game. And let me be clear. This isn’t some single-prompt autopilot nonsense. This is a co-pilot. One that actually gets how ideas evolve, how work moves, how teams function. If you’re a designer, filmmaker, content creator, or agency lead, this is a game-changer. Your workflow stops fighting you. Your ideas start moving. Your team can finally focus on what only humans can do: taste, refinement, vision. Curious to see how it works? Arfa Farheen@arfafarheen_ · Feb 20Sick of AI draining the soul from your posts? Here’s how I started making LinkedIn human again. Yeah, I tried ChatGPT. I tried Claude. They’re smart. Really smart. But they have one tiny problem. They make your posts sound like a robot wrote them. Polite. Perfect grammar. Zero personality. Zero soul. You know the vibe. “Here are 5 lessons I learned…” “Consistency is key…” “Unlock your full potential…” Terrible performance. Terrible. Everybody says so. Here’s the real mistake everyone makes: People think LinkedIn growth is just… posting. Write something. Hit publish. Pray for likes. But that’s not how this game works. You don’t grow by posting. You grow by following a routine. Finding angles. Studying what works. Writing with a voice people actually recognize. That’s when the real boss walked in. Taplio. Not a generic AI writer. An all-in-one LinkedIn tool That actually makes sense Like, “oh this is how humans read stuff” sense Here’s how I stopped struggling And started posting like a human being again Step 1: Go to https://lnkd.in/d9kcPhYn → Viral Posts - Pick posts with high engagement. - Search specific keywords to find posts in your niche. - Filter for top posts from the last few months to see what really took off. - Notice what stops people from scrolling. Step 2: Break it down - Why did it work? Curiosity, humour, FOMO. - Pick one. Steal it. Own it. Step 3: Rewrite with Your POV - Take a post you like - Use Taplio to suggest hooks, expand context and improve tone but keep your voice human. - Let AI assist, not replace you. Step 4: Draft the Full Post - Add personal insights. - Highlight 1-3 points. - Short, punchy sentences. Step 5: Add a Takeaway - End with a lesson or tip - Use CTAs like “What do you think?” or “Try this and let me know” Step 6: Format for Readability - 1-2 sentence paragraphs - Optional bullets - Make it mobile-friendly Step 7: Schedule or Post it in Taplio - Click Schedule for peak times - Step away - Go live your life - Let the tool do the boring stuff Stop letting AI write your personality for you Start letting humans actually enjoy your content And maybe, just maybe, LinkedIn won’t feel like a bad homework assignment anymore So go… Make your viral post at https://taplio.com/?utm_medium=social&utm_source=linkedin&utm_campaign=influ_arfa_0226_020926TaplioPaid partnership162 views
