RayanVerified@rayansadri · Jun 8The craziest thing about hiring right now is that both sides hate it. Engineers hate applying. Recruiters hate chasing. Everyone hates ghosting. And somehow the whole industry is still built around making people repeat themselves 50 times. You apply to a role. Upload your resume. Then manually rewrite the same resume into their portal. Then do a screening call. Then explain your background again. Then wait. Then get ghosted. It is insane this is still normal. The best engineers are not always the best at job hunting. They are just good at building. And as a founder, that is the real problem. Hiring is not about finding more resumes. It is about finding signal before everyone wastes weeks in a broken process. That is why I liked Fonzi. The idea is basically reverse job hunting for technical talent. You apply once, chat with their AI text agent about your experience, goals, what you have built, and what kind of role you actually want. If accepted, Fonzi helps turn that into a company facing profile and puts you in front of vetted VC backed AI startups through Match Day. Then companies can submit salary backed offers over 48 hours. That is the part that clicked for me. Less begging companies to notice you. More letting the right companies find you. If you’re an engineer (Full Stack, Backend, Frontend, ML, Data...) and want to work at top AI startups, this is for you. Link below 👇👇FonziPaid partnership2.8K views
